LakeSemi QST GaN Combo Power ICs (LGMA family) co-package a quasi-resonant flyback controller, the gate drive circuitry and a 650V QST GaN HEMT into a single chip — a complete high-power-density AC-DC front end with a minimal external BOM. Bottom-locking mode offers three selectable maximum frequencies of 500 / 300 / 140 kHz; the ultra-wide 9–112 V VDD supply; the HV pin delivers high-voltage start-up and X-capacitor discharge, eliminating start-up resistors and pushing standby power below 30 mW; adjustable drive slew plus peak-current jittering deliver excellent EMI. Protections cover VDD OVP/UVLO, output OVP, input LOVP/BOP, OTP, cycle-by-cycle OCP, OLP, AOCP and CS pin-open.
